(서울=연합뉴스) 김주환 기자 = 엔씨소프트는 분사를 통해 신규 설립 예정인 자회사 '엔씨큐에이(QA)'와 '엔씨아이디에스(IDS)' 대표이사 후보로 김진섭 QA센터장(상무),닌텐도 스위치 슈팅게임이재진 전 웅진씽크빅 대표를 각각 내정했다고 25일 밝혔다.

1970년생인 김 센터장은 성균관대 수학과를 졸업하고 2003년 엔씨소프트에 입사해 20년간 게임과 서비스 QA(품질보증) 업무를 담당해온 전문가로,닌텐도 스위치 슈팅게임2018년부터 QA센터를 이끌어왔다.

1972년생인 이 후보자는 웅진그룹 IT사업 부문을 시스템통합(SI) 전문 회사로 성장시키는 데 기여한 전문경영인으로,닌텐도 스위치 슈팅게임삼성물산·PwC컨설팅을 거쳐 웅진그룹에서 최고정보책임자(CIO)와 웅진 대표,닌텐도 스위치 슈팅게임웅진씽크빅 대표를 역임했다.

엔씨소프트는 오는 8월 14일 임시 주주총회를 통해 회사 분할과 엔씨큐에이·엔씨IDS 설립을 확정하고,닌텐도 스위치 슈팅게임10월 1일부로 분사 법인을 출범할 계획이다.
