[서울=뉴시스] 조현아 기자 = 서울 송파구는 간단한 혈액검사로 10~15년 뒤 치매 발병가능성을 예측하는 '알츠하이머 치매 위험도 혈액검사'를 무료 시행한다고 8일 밝혔다.

검사는 채혈을 통해 치매 유발 단백질인 '베타-아밀로이드'의 응집화 정도를 측정해 수치 정도에 따라 10~15년 뒤 치매 발병 위험도를 평가하게 된다.

구는 지난해 서울시 최초로 검사를 도입한 뒤 관내 만 60세 이상을 대상으로 무료 검사를 시행했다.지난해 약 1200명이 검사를 받은 가운데 총 31명이 치매 발병 고위험군 판정을 받았다.알츠하이머성 치매를 발견한 대상자에게는 인지건강 프로그램을 연계했다.

올해는 만 60세 이상 노인 1080명을 대상으로 혈액검사를 지원할 계획이다.검사는 1·2차로 나눠 인지선별검사(CIST)와 함께 혈액검사를 진행한다.혈액검사 결과는 2주 내에 확인할 수 있다.

1차 검사에서 인지저하가 의심될 경우 2차 혈액검사 절차 없이 진단검사를 통해 현재의 인지상태를 정밀하게 진단받을 수 있도록 지원한다.
