금융 당국의 가계부채 증가 속도 조절 주문에 따라 시중은행들이 주택담보대출 금리를 추가 인상한다.

14일 금융권에 따르면 우리은행은 20일부터 대면 주택담보대출(5년 변동) 금리를 0.3%포인트 인상한다.

비대면 아파트 주담대(5년 변동) 금리도 0.1%포인트 올린다.

우리은행은 앞서 지난달 12일·24일,이달 2일·12일 주담대와 전세자금대출 등의 금리를 올린 바 있다.

이번 금리 인상으로 한 달 새 5번이나 금리를 올린 것.

농협은행은 이날부터 주담대 금리를 0.3%포인트 인상한다.

농협은행은 지난달 24일 대면 주담대 주기형·혼합형 상품 금리를 0.2%포인트씩 올렸다.

신한은행도 16일부터 주담대 금리를 최대 0.5%포인트 추가 인상한다.

주담대는 갈아타기(대환)를 포함해 0.3-0.5%포인트 인상,피쉬 포커전세자금대출은 0.2-0.35%포인트 높인다.

신한은행의 대출 금리 상향 조정도 한 달 만에 5번째다.

KB국민은행과 하나은행도 지난달부터 주담대와 전세대출 금리를 높이고 있다.

이 같은 금리 인상 조치는 수도권을 중심으로 주택 거래가 활성화하며,피쉬 포커대출 증가세가 가파르자 대출 총량을 관리하기 위해서다.

실제 5대 은행(KB국민·신한·하나·우리·NH농협)의 가계대출 잔액은 지난 8일 기준 718조 2130억 원으로 지난달 말(715조 7383억 원) 대비 약 일주일 만에 2조 4747억 원 불었다.
