티몬 위메프 회생절차 협의회에 참석한 채권자들은 양사가 자구안으로 낸 소액 우선 변제보단 빠른 정상화를 촉구했습니다.

"채권자분들께서는 소액 채권자 우선 변제나 소액을 공통되게 변제하는 방향은 모두 다 좋아하는 방향은 아니다.오히려 그 비용을 투자해서 빨리 정상화해라."

류광진 티몬 대표와 류화현 위메프 대표,단상 단권 복권채권자 등이 약 1시간 반 동안 회생절차를 논의했지만 합의점을 찾지는 못한 것으로 전해졌습니다.

티몬과 위메프가 법원에 낸 자구안의 핵심은 투자자 유치와 현실적인 대안 마련입니다.

구조조정펀드 등 외부 투자유치를 통해 빚을 갚고 회사를 3년 안에 정상화 해 재매각하겠다는 겁니다.

티몬과 위메프 대표는 이른 시일 내에 투자자를 계속 만나 투자의향서나 투자확약서를 확보하겠다고 밝혔습니다.

재판부는 오는 30일 2차 협의회를 열기로 했습니다.

"상품도 환불도 못 받았다.<못 받았다!못 받았다!>"

'티메프' 정산 지연 사태 피해 판매자들과 소비자들은 공동집회를 열고 "약 70여 개 회사가 8월에 현금 유동성이 확보되지 않으면 파산 위기에 처할 것"이라며 "제대로 대처하지 않으면 8월부터 연쇄 도산하는 업체들이 늘어날 것"이라고 경고했습니다.

"정부의 대책은 실상 고금리의 대출입니다.이마저도 대출 금액 한도 제한을 걸었고,단상 단권 복권6%에 육박하는 고금리로 판매자들을 다시 한 번 지옥의 구렁텅이에 빠뜨렸습니다."

이들은 미정산금을 대출로 메워야 하는데 이마저도 안 나오면 길거리로 나앉아야 한다며 구체적이고 현실적인 해결 방안을 제시해줄 것을 요구했습니다.
