금호건설이 새로운 브랜드 '아테라'로 처음 선보인 단지가 청약에서 양호한 성적을 거뒀다.

4일 한국부동산원 청약홈에 따르면 전날 청주테크노폴리스 아테라는 521가구를 모집하는 1순위 청약을 진행한 결과 2만4692명이 몰렸다.평균 경쟁률은 47.4대 1이다.

올해 청주에서 분양된 2개 단지 1순위 청약 접수 합계(8065건)를 3배 이상 웃도는 수치다.올해 지방에서 공급된 아파트 중 1순위에 2만개가 넘는 청약이 몰린 곳도 이번 청주테크노폴리스 아테라를 포함해 4곳에 불과하다.

가장 높은 경쟁률을 기록한 곳은 펜트하우스인 전용 138㎡P2 4가구에 606건이 몰려 151.5대 1의 경쟁률이 나왔다.같은 펜트하우스 타입으로 나온 전용 138㎡P1 2가구에도 232건이 몰리며 116.0대 1이 나왔다.전용 84㎡A타입 119가구에도 1만2281명이 청약해 103.2로 치열했다.

이 단지 분양 사무소 관계자는 "금호건설의 '아테라'가 적용됐고 청주에서 다시 보기 힘든 적절한 분양가가 책정돼 좋은 경쟁률이 나왔다"고 평가했다.

남은 분양 일정으로 오는 10일 청약 당첨자를 발표하며,윈브 슬롯강화22~28일까지 7일간 당첨자 계약을 진행한다.

청주테크노폴리스 아테라 견본주택은 청주시 흥덕구 외북동 일원에 위치하며,윈브 슬롯강화입주는 2027년 8월 예정이다.
