서울 노원구에서 추진되고 있는 광운대 역세권 물류부지 개발사업의 상업업무시설 규모가 15층으로 정해졌다.최상층에는 호텔이 들어선다.

26일 서울시는 전날 열린 제12차 건축위원회에서 광운대 역세권 상업업무용지 건축심의 안건을 통과시켰다고 밝혔다.광운대 역세권 사업은 노원구 월계동 광운대역 일대 15만㎡ 면적 물류 부지를 주거·상업·업무시설로 복합개발하는 사업이다.HDC현대산업개발이 시행과 시공을 맡았으며 본사 이전도 추진하고 있다.

이날 심의에 따라 월계동 106-3번지 일대 1만 9675㎡ 면적의 상업업무용지에는 지하 5~지상 15층의 판매·업무·관광숙박시설이 들어선다.용적률은 599.99%,2024 kbo 신인왕건폐율은 59.99%다.

저층부 판매시설은 인접 대지와 지상층 보행통로로 연결할 예정이다.중층에 계획된 업무 시설에는 '중정형 사무공간'을 도입해 캠퍼스형 오피스로 만든다는 방침이다.최상층 숙박시설에는 옥상 조경을 활용해 다채로운 공간을 연출한다.

한병용 서울시 주택정책실장은 "건축위원회는 건축물의 공공성과 시민에게 개방된 공공공간의 양적·질적 확보를 이끌어내 도심 내에서 시민이 직접적으로 향유할 수 있는 쾌적한 녹색도시를 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 노력하겠다"고 말했다.
