(서울=연합뉴스) 채새롬 기자 = 산업은행은 지난 4월 중 1조원 규모의 회수시장 활성화 펀드 조성을 완료하고,퀘스트바 스모어현재 투자를 순조롭게 진행하고 있다고 18일 밝혔다.

산은은 정부의 '혁신 벤처·스타트업 자금지원 및 경쟁력 강화 방안' 후속조치로 작년 회수시장 활성화 분야에서 5개의 위탁운용사를 선정했다.

올해 4월 말까지 당초 목표 결성 금액인 7천억원을 초과해 1조원 규모로 펀드 조성을 마무리했다.

산은은 이번에 신규 조성된 펀드가 기업공개(IPO)시장 회복 지연으로 위축된 회수시장뿐만 아니라,퀘스트바 스모어모험자본 투자 생태계 전반에 활력을 불어넣을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

산은은 "세컨더리,퀘스트바 스모어인수·합병(M&A) 펀드 신규 조성을 통해 운용사들이 회수단계에서 필요로 하는 유동성을 공급함으로써,퀘스트바 스모어모험자본시장의 선순환 체계를 공고히 하겠다는 취지에서 이번 출자사업을 추진했다"며 "최근 펀드레이징이 크게 위축된 상황 속에서도 민간의 높은 참여를 이끌어냈다"고 설명했다.
