춘천지법 영월지원은 검찰이 살인 혐의로 A 씨에 대해 청구한 구속 영장을 발부했습니다.

발부 사유에 대해 법원은 살인 사건 현장에 동일한 샌들 족적이 다수 발견됐고 족적을 남긴 인물이 피해자를 살해했을 개연성이 높다며,한국 키르기스스탄 축구범죄 사실이 소명됐고 증거인멸과 도주 우려가 있다고 밝혔습니다.

검찰은 A 씨가 20년 전인 2004년 8월 9일 오후 영월읍 농민회 사무실에서 모 영농조합법인 간사 B(당시 41세) 씨의 목과 배 등을 십수 차례 찔러 숨지게 한 혐의를 적용해 구속 영장을 청구했습니다.

A 씨는 구속 전 피의자 심문에 앞서 취재진의 질문에 이 자리까지 오게 된 이유를 모르겠다며 결백하다고 주장했습니다.
