대법원 1부(주심 서경환 대법관)는 이 전 대표가 대북송금 사건 재판을 서울중앙지법에서 받게 해달라는 취지로 낸 토지관할 병합심리 신청을 15일 기각했다.

이 전 대표는 서울중앙지법에서 3건의 재판을 받고 있다.그는 대장동·백현동 개발 비리와 성남FC 후원금 의혹,gta5 카지노 블랙잭위증교사,gta5 카지노 블랙잭공직선거법 위반 혐의로 각각 기소됐다.위증교사와 공직선거법 사건은 올해 9월께 1심 재판을 마칠 예정이다.

이 전 대표의 대북 송금 사건은 그의 측근인 이화영 전 경기도 평화부지사에게 1심 유죄를 선고한 재판부(수원지법 형사11부)에 배당됐다.

이로써 야권의 당 대표이자 핵심 대권 주자인 이 전 대표가 서울중앙지법만이 아니라 수원까지 오가며 재판받게 됐다.
