지원 대상이 되면 대한법률구조공단이 법률 상담을 해주고,소송이 필요하면 법률구조 신청 절차를 안내합니다.

금융당국은 지난 2020년부터 공단과 '채무자대리인 무료 지원사업'을 운영하고 있는데,로또 당첨됐을 때기존에는 지원 대상을 채무당사자로 한정해왔습니다.
