A 소장은 이달 1일 북한의 오물풍선 살포에 대한 대비태세 강화 지시가 내려진 가운데 주요 참모들과 음주회식을 해 물의를 빚었습니다.

상급 부대인 지상작전사령부는 이같은 제보를 접수하고 감찰을 진행하면서 A 소장을 직무에서 배제한 바 있습니다.
