성인인 줄 알고 미성년자에게 담배를 팔았다가 영업정지 처분을 당한 한 편의점 업주의 사연이 화제입니다.

이 편의점 업주는 지난 4월 한 남성 손님에게 담배 3갑을 팔았는데요.

누가 봐도 성인으로 볼법한 외모에 신분증 검사 없이 담배를 내줬는데,프로야구 최다 연승알고 보니 이 손님,10대 미성년자였다고 합니다.

학생은 친구들과 아파트 단지에서 담배를 피우다 주민 신고로 경찰에 적발됐고요.

담배를 해당 편의점에서 샀다고 진술하면서,프로야구 최다 연승편의점 업주는 미성년자에게 담배를 판매한 혐의로 형사 처벌과 함께 영업정지 처분을 받게 됐습니다.

하지만 업주는 억울함을 호소했는데요.

손님의 외모가 누가 봐도 성인 같았다는 겁니다.

오죽하면 CCTV를 확인한 검찰도 손님의 머리숱과 얼굴,프로야구 최다 연승몸짓 등을 볼 때 학생으로 보기 어렵다는 점을 인정해 재판에 넘기는 대신 벌금을 부과하기로 했고요.

관할 관청 역시 일주일이었던 영업 정지 기간을 나흘로 줄여줬습니다.

하지만 업주는 "해당 고객이 미성년자로 보이는지 국민을 상대로 투표를 해보고 싶다"면서,프로야구 최다 연승"억울한 법 진행으로 소상공인이 피해를 보는 일이 없도록 행정제재에 대한 정비가 필요하다"고 주장했습니다.
