A군은 지난 3월 대전지역 한 상가 건물 여자 화장실에 들어가 여성들의 신체를 몰래 촬영하다가 현행범으로 체포됐다.A군은 앞서 지난해에도 여자 화장실에 침입해 카메라를 설치했다가 적발된 바 있다.검찰은 두 사건을 병합해 기소했다.

재판부는 “A군이 불특정 다수를 대상으로 신체를 몰래 촬영했고,경기도 광주 야구발각된 이후에 또 다른 범죄를 저질러 비난 가능성이 크다”며 “피해자들에게 용서받지도 못했고,경기도 광주 야구일부는 엄벌을 탄원하고 있다”고 판시했다.
