SK하이닉스가 24일 최고경영자(CEO) 산하 조직 '코퍼레이션 센터(Corporate Center)'를 신설했다. 글로벌 인공지능(AI) 반도체 시장에서의 위상이 높아지며 곽노정 대표의 역할이 확대되자 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 조직을 별도로 마련한 것이다.
신설된 'Corporate Center'는 전략,슬롯 나라 ㅡ2재무,슬롯 나라 ㅡ2기업문화,구매 부문 등을 편제해 전사 지원 조직 기능을 통합적으로 조율하게 된다.Corporate Center 담당에는 송현종 담당이 장으로 승진해 선임됐다.
7월 1일자로 Corporate Center 담당을 맡게 된 송 사장은 SK(주)에서 SK그룹의 반도체 사업 관련 의사결정 지원과 인사이트 제공 업무를 수행해 왔다.
송 사장은 1965년생으로 서울대와 동 대학원 경제학과,미국 매사추세츠공과대학 경영대학원을 졸업했다.2003년 SK텔레콤에 입사해 IR실장,슬롯 나라 ㅡ2성장전략그룹장,슬롯 나라 ㅡ2미래경영실장,경영지원단장을 역임했다.2012년부터는 SK하이닉스로 이동해 미래전략본부장,마케팅ㆍ영업 담당 등을 맡아 경영 전반에 대한 지식과 경험이 풍부하다는 평가를 받는다.
