(서울=연합뉴스) 전성훈 기자 = G마켓과 옥션은 7일부터 오는 13일까지 상반기 최대 규모 쇼핑 행사 '빅스마일데이'를 한다고 밝혔다.

행사 기간 고객에게 최대 20만원까지 할인되는 12% 할인쿠폰과 15·20%(최대 3∼5만원) 할인쿠폰 3종을 무제한 발급한다.

이처럼 고액 할인쿠폰을 제한 없이 지급하는 것은 이번이 처음이다.특히 고가의 가전제품을 구매하려는 고객의 체감 혜택이 클 것으로 G마켓은 기대했다.

20% 할인쿠폰은 구매액이 1만원 이상이면 적용할 수 있어 활용도가 높다.

여기에 브랜드별 최대 25% 할인쿠폰 지급,7% 카드사 결제할인 등 다양한 중복 혜택이 있다.

G마켓은 고객 혜택을 확대하고자 할인율 높은 특가 코너를 마련했다.

할인율이 최대 47%인 '오늘의 품절중독'에선 매일 8종의 특가 상품을 선보인다.첫날인 이날 추천 상품은 로보락 로봇청소기,파워볼 앤트리코카콜라,이재학 도박에고이스트·플라스틱아일랜드 봄 신상품 등이다.

라이브 방송도 역대 최대 규모로 준비했다.일주일 100회 이상,하루 평균 16회의 방송을 선보인다.

G마켓 관계자는 "불황이 깊어지는 상황에서 진행하는 이번 15회차 빅스마일데이에는 '역대급' 할인 혜택과 재미를 더 많이 담고자 노력했다"고 말했다.
