[헤럴드경제=김희량 기자] 술에 취해 대학병원 응급실 앞에서 소란을 피운 40대에게 법원이 1000만원의 벌금을 선고했다.

3일 법조계에 따르면 대전지법 형사5단독 장원지 판사는 응급의료에 관한 법률 위반,마크 업다운 도박도로교통법위반(음주운전) 혐의로 기소된 A씨에게 1000만원의 벌금형을 내렸다.

A씨는 지난해 5월 10일 오전 0시 30분께 대전 한 대학병원 응급실 앞에서 구급차 전용 출입구가 아닌 환자 전용 출입구를 이용할 것을 요구하는 간호사에게 욕설하고 출입문을 여러 차례 걷어찬 혐의로 기소된 바 있다.

이어 자기 승용차를 운전해 마치 출입문을 들이받을 것처럼 전진과 후진을 반복하고,과천 경마장 운영 시간경적을 울리는 등 약 10분 동안 소란을 피우기도 했다.이때 A씨는 면허 취소 수준인 혈중알코올농도 0.095% 상태에서 병원까지 차량을 운전한 혐의도 받았다.

장 판사는 “교통사고처리 특례법 위반(치상)죄 등으로 징역 6개월을 선고받고 누범기간에 범행을 저질러 죄책이 가볍지 않다”며 “잘못을 반성하고 있는 점,피해자와 원만히 합의해 피해자가 처벌을 원하지 않는다는 의사를 밝힌 점 등을 고려해 형을 정했다”고 밝혔다.
