한화에어로스페이스가 자회사 한화비전·한화정밀기계를 인적 분할해 신설 지주사 '한화인더스트리얼솔루션즈'를 설립한다.한화에어로스페이스는 14일 경기 성남시 성남상공회의소에서 주주총회를 열고 이 같은 내용을 담은 '분할계획서 승인 건'을 통과시켰다.한화에어로스페이스와 신설 지주회사 분할 비율은 9대1이다.
