경기 부천 등 도내 12개 시군에 17일 새벽 호우 예비특보 발효될 예정인 가운데 경기도가 16일 밤 9시부로 재난안전대책본부 비상 1단계를 가동한다.

16일 도에 따르면 김동연 지사는 이날 오후 집중 호우로 인한 인명피해가 발생하지 않도록 시군과 관련 부서에 선제적 대응을 당부하는 특별 지시를 내렸다.

김 지사는 기상 예보를 넘어서는 극한 호우 발생이 빈번한 것을 고려해 부단체장 중심으로 경찰,소방과 공조해 인명피해가 발생하지 않도록 총력 대응할 것을 주문했다.

또한 산사태,반지하주택 침수우려지역에 대해 예찰을 강화하고 위험 발생(우려) 시 선제적 통제·대피 실시와 재난문자·방송,옥외전광판,마을방송 등 가용 매체를 활용해 강수 집중 시간대 외출 자제,위험지역 접근금지 등 국민행동요령 및 주의사항 안내 철저 등을 당부했다.

특히,북한과 경기 북부지역에 강수가 집중될 것으로 예상되는 만큼 접경 지역,임진강 주변에 대해 철저히 대비하고 선제적으로 대응해 인명피해가 없도록 할 것을 강조했다.

도는 장마 전선 북상에 대비해 장마 전선이 일시적으로 남하한 지난 10일부터 산사태 위험지역,chota급경사지,chota축대·옹벽,하천,chota대형 공사장 등 취약 지역에 대한 일제 점검을 했다.

도 관계자는 “9일 전북 군산에 시간당 131.7mm,충남 금산에 시간당 84.1mm가 내리는 등 200년 빈도의 극한 호우 현상으로 많은 피해가 났다”면서 “선제적으로 대응 체계를 가동해 도내 호우 피해가 발생하지 않도록 총력을 다하겠다”라고 밝혔다.
