가수 백자,저작권법 위반 혐의

[서울=뉴시스]이태성 기자 = 문화체육관광부 산하 KTV국민방송(KTV,에볼루션 꽁 머니한국정책방송원 운영)이 제작한 영상의 저작권을 침해한 혐의를 받는 민중가요 가수가 경찰 수사를 받게 됐다.

서울 마포경찰서는 가수 백자를 저작권법 위반 혐의로 수사 중이라고 11일 밝혔다.

백자는 지난 2월 KTV가 게시한 '윤석열 대통령이 드리는 설 명절 인사' 영상을 활용해 자신의 영상을 제작,에볼루션 꽁 머니배포해 저작권법을 위반한 혐의를 받는다

KTV 영상에서 윤 대통령과 대통령실 직원들은 가수 변진섭의 '우리의 사랑이 필요한거죠'를 불렀는데,에볼루션 꽁 머니백자는 이를 '탄핵이 필요한 거죠'로 개사,더빙해 유튜브에 게재했다.

백자는 이날 자신의 유튜브를 통해 지난 10일 경찰로부터 출석 통보를 받은 문자메시지를 공개하며 "26일에 조사받기로 했다"고 밝혔다.

KTV 측은 가수 백자가 자신들의 영상을 복제·가공했기 때문에 저작재산권,에볼루션 꽁 머니저작인격권이 침해됐다고 고소 이유를 설명했다.

KTV 측이 지난 4월 세종남부경찰서에 고소장을 접수했고,가수 백자의 주소지 관할인 마포경찰서로 사건이 이송됐다．
