18일 유통업계에 따르면 이인영 SSG닷컴 대표는 최근 해임된 것으로 알려졌다.또한 SSG닷컴 내부 사정에 정통한 관계자에 따르면 이곳은 임직원 대상으로 희망퇴직 실시를 준비 중인 한편,각 본부장 등 리더급을 대상으로 인사 이동 등을 진행하기 위한 움직임이 관측되고 있다.

그간 SSG닷컴 운영부문총괄과 지마켓 지원본부장 등을 겸직해왔던 이 대표는 지난해 3월 SSG닷컴 공동 대표에 올랐고,lotto hàn quốc같은 해 9월 강희석 대표가 해임된 후부터 단독 대표를 맡아 왔다.그러나 대표에 오른 지 약 9개월 만에 전격 경질됐다.

이는 지난해 이마트 및 계열사들의 실적 부진과 무관치 않다.이마트는 지난해 사상 처음으로 469억원의 영업적자를 기록했었다.신세계와 이마트를 합한 총매출액 역시 2022년 37조1452억원에서 지난해 35조8293억원으로 1조원 이상 줄었다.

지난 3월 정용진 신세계그룹 회장 승진 이후 그룹 차원에서 첫 쇄신 인사가 단행된 바 있다.바로 이마트 건설 자회사인 신세계건설이다.지난해 11월 그룹 컨트롤타워인 경영전략실 개편과 함께 도입한 최고경영자(CEO) 수시 인사의 첫 사례로,정두영 신세계건설 대표이사 및 영업본부장과 영업 담당이 함께 경질됐다.

이어 같은 달 25일 이마트는 1993년 창립 이후 처음으로 전사 희망퇴직을 실시한 바 있다.신세계그룹 전반에 위기가 고조되자 적자를 거듭해온 이커머스 자회사인 SSG닷컴에 대해서도 그룹 차원의 결단을 내린 것으로 풀이된다.

지난 1분기 SSG닷컴 매출은 전년 동기 대비 1.9% 감소한 4134억원을 기록했지만,영업손실은 같은 기간 156억원에서 139억원으로 적자 폭을 줄였다.

한편,이날 금융투자업계 및 유통업계에 따르면 신세계그룹은 국내 주요 증권사들과 기존 재무적투자자(FI)가 보유한 SSG닷컴 지분 30% 인수에 대해 논의 중인 것으로 알려졌다.해당 지분은 사모펀드(PEF) 운용사 어피니티에쿼티파트너스와 BRV캐피탈이 보유하고 있다.인수 검토가는 1조원 안팎이다.

SSG닷컴의 기업공개(IPO)가 지연됨에 따라,lotto hàn quốc그간 신세계는 FI들과 해당 계약을 두고 갈등을 빚었었다.
