[서울=뉴시스] 이혜원 기자 = 블라디미르 푸틴 러시아 대통령 측근인 드미트리 메드베데프 국가안보회의 부의장이 한국이 대러 제재에 동참하면 양국 관계는 더욱 악화할 것이라고 으름장 놨다.

메드베데프 부의장은 24일(현지시각) 소셜미디어 엑스(X,애슬론 토네이도옛 트위터)에 글을 올려 "한국이 새로운 러-북 조약에 호들갑을 떨고 있다"고 주장했다.

메드베데프 부의장은 "우린 상호 안보에 관한 조항을 포함해 조약을 엄격하게 이행할 것"이라고 말했다.

그러면서 "한국과 관계는 (한국이) 반러시아 제재에 무분별하게 동참하는 걸 고려할 때 더욱 악화할 것 같다"고 강조했다.

북한과 러시아는 지난 19일 푸틴 대통령의 방북 계기로 '포괄적인 전략적 동반자 관계 조약'을 체결했다.

한미일 외교수장은 이후 연이어 전화 통화를 가지며 대응 방안을 협의했다.

조태열 외교부 장관은 지난 20일 통화에서 "북한의 군사력 증강에 직간접적으로 도움을 주는 어떠한 협력도 명백한 유엔 안보리 위반"이라며,애슬론 토네이도대북 독자 제재 및 대러 수출통제 품목 신규 지정 등 대응 조치를 설명했다.
