[파이낸셜뉴스] 3월말 경과조치 적용 후 보험회사 지급여력비율(K-ICS)이 223.6%로 전 분기 대비 8.6% 하락했다.생보사가 222.8%로 전 분기 대비 10.0%p 하락했으며 손보사는 224.7%로 전 분기 대비 6.7%p 낮아졌다.

금융감독원은 '3월말 기준 보험회사 지급여력비율 현황'을 통해 이같이 밝혔다.경과조치 적용 전 기준으로는 206.6%로 전 분기 대비 7.4%p 하락했다.생보사(200.0%)와 손보사(216.1%) 각각 전 분기 대비 8.6%p,블랙잭 카드 카운팅5.8%p 낮아졌다.

이 같은 지급여력비율 하락은 K-ICS 가용자본이 전 분기 대비 소폭 증가(+6000억원) 했으나 요구자본은 운영리스크 강화 등으로 크게 증가(+4조6000억원)한 데 기인했다.

할인율 하락으로 보험부채가 늘면서 기타포괄손익누계액이 감소(-10조3000억원)하고 신계약 유입으로 조정준비금이 증가한(+6조4000억원) 등 영향으로 가용자본이 늘었다.이런 가운데 주식위험 등 시장리스크가 증가(+1조9000억원)하고 기초가종위험액 시행에 따라 운영리스크가 증가(+2조4000억원)하면서 요구자본이 크게 늘었다.

금감원은 "3월 말 기준 보험회사의 경과조치 후 지급여력비율은 233.6%로 안정적인 수준을 유지했다"면서도 "금융시장의 불확실성이 지속 증대되고 있는 만큼 취약 보험 회사 중심으로 충분한 지급여력을 확보할 수 있도록 철저히 감독하겠다"고 밝혔다.
