일본 롯데홀딩스는 26일 열린 정기 주주총회에서 신동빈 롯데그룹 회장의 장남 신유열 롯데지주 미래성장실장(사진·전무)의 사내이사 선임 안건이 통과됐다고 밝혔다.

롯데홀딩스 관계자는 “(신 신임이사가) 롯데파이낸셜 대표로 금융시장에 조예가 깊고 회사 경영 전반에 대한 지식과 경험이 풍부하다”며 이사 선임 배경을 밝혔다.

이번 인사로 신 전무는 롯데지주에 더해 한일 양국 지주사에서 임원직을 맡게 됐다.롯데그룹의 지배구조는 일본 광윤사→일본 롯데홀딩스→호텔롯데→롯데지주→각 계열사로 이어지는 구조다.일본 롯데홀딩스는 한일 롯데의 연결고리인 호텔롯데 지분을 19.07% 보유하고 있다.

한편 신 회장의 형인 신동주 전 롯데홀딩스 부회장이 제안한 본인의 이사 선임,첼시 대 풀럼정관 변경 등은 부결됐다.신 전 부회장은 2016년 이후 이번 주총을 포함해 10번 복귀를 시도했지만 모두 실패했다.
