현대모비스(012330)가 대학생과 취업준비생들이 비즈니스에 적용 가능한 기업의 사회적 가치(CSV) 아이디어를 제안하는‘2024 임팩트 아이디어 챌린지’를 개최했다고 14일 밝혔다.

이번 대회엔 500여명이 지원했다.최종 선발된 61명이 12개 팀으로 나눠 지난달부터 3주간 프로젝트를 진행했다.현대모비스의 사업부문과 연계해 사회적 가치를 창출하고 경제적 이익을 추구하는 다양한 아이디어가 제시됐다.각 팀마다 현업 멘토들이 배정돼 아이디어를 구체화하는 작업을 도왔고 외부 전문가의 지원도 이뤄졌다.

각 팀들은 지난 13일 열린 본선에서 그동안 준비한 프로젝트를 발표하는 시간을 가졌다.참가자들은‘모빌리티 솔루션 프로바이더’라는 현대모비스의 지향점에 발맞춰 색다른 CSV 제안을 쏟아냈다.기술력과 경제성은 물론 사회적 효과와 경제적 효용성까지 치열하게 따져 각자의 청사진을 구체화했다.

최종 심사 결과 차량 침수 시 감지센서를 활용해 위치를 공유하고 탑승자가 탈출할 수 있도록 돕는 시스템을 제안한 팀이 대상을 받았다.버스정류장 주변에 LED와 QR코드로 보행자의 야간 시인성을 높이는 기술은 우수상을 탔다.

우수 팀에는 총 1000만원의 상금이,테일오브더시티 드라마상위 2개 팀에는 최대 500만원씩의 사업화 자금이 지원된다.이들 아이디어는 시험 운영을 거쳐 현대모비스의 실제 사업에 적용될 수 있다.
