영천·안동 이어 예천서 발생

(서울=연합뉴스) 김윤구 기자 = 아프리카돼지열병(ASF) 중앙사고수습본부는 7일 경상북도 예천군 소재 양돈농장에서 ASF가 발생했다고 밝혔다.

이 농장에서는 돼지 900여마리를 기르고 있다.

이번 ASF 발병은 올해 6번째로 확인된 양돈농장 확진 사례다.앞서 경북 영천,안동 등지에서도 ASF가 발생했다.

중수본은 예천 ASF 발생 농장에 초동방역팀과 역학조사반을 보내 출입을 통제하고 있다.또한 역학조사와 살처분을 진행하고 농장과 주변 도로를 소독할 예정이다.

중수본은 오는 8일 오전 6시까지 예천군과 인접 6개 시·군(문경,상주,의성,안동,바이에른 뮌헨 경기영주,단양)의 양돈농장,바이에른 뮌헨 경기도축장,사료공장 종사자와 차량에 대해 일시 이동 중지 명령을 내렸다.

중수본은 "아프리카돼지열병이 확산하지 않도록 관계기관과 지자체는 신속한 살처분과 정밀검사,집중소독 등 방역 조치에 총력을 기울여달라"면서 "양돈농가는 농장 내·외부를 철저히 소독하고 야생 멧돼지 출몰 지역 입산 자제,바이에른 뮌헨 경기축사 출입 시 장화 갈아신기 등 기본적인 방역 수칙을 준수해달라"고 당부했다.

최정록 농식품부 방역정책국장은 이날 중수본 회의에서 "최근 발생농장은 인근에서 ASF에 감염된 야생멧돼지가 다수 검출된 곳이다.ASF 감염 야생멧돼지가 많이 검출된 경북 다른 지역도 추가 발생 우려가 큰 엄중한 상황이다"라고 지적했다.

이어 "충청도와 전북,경북 등 지역에 따라 많은 비가 내리고 있어 집중 호우로 ASF 바이러스가 유입될 우려가 크므로 산·하천 인접 농가 방역실태를 점검해달라"고 당부했다.

농식품부는 "이달 돼지고기 공급 물량은 지난해 같은 기간보다 많을 것"이라며 "이번 ASF 발생농장의 돼지 사육 마릿수는 전체의 0.008% 수준으로 추가 확산이 없을 경우 살처분이 국내 돼지고기 수급에 미치는 영향은 크지 않을 것으로 전망된다"고 밝혔다.
