서울시가 장마철 반지하가구 피해를 예방하기 위해 집중점검과 함께 임시 이주를 지원한다.

서울시는 8일부터 10일간 침수방지시설 설치가 필요한 반지하가구 2만8000여가구 중 최우선 관리가 필요한 1만5000여가구에 건축사 300여명을 투입해 긴급점검을 실시한다고 7일 밝혔다.

침수방지과 피난시설이 제대로 설치돼 있는지,정상작동하는지 등을 살핀다.침수방지시설이 꼭 필요하지만 설치가 안 된 곳에는 설치를 지원하고,당사자가 원할 경우 장마 기간 공공임대주택으로 임시 이주를 지원한다.이를 위해 공공임대주택 350여세대를 확보했고,2017년 9월 28일 야구 경기일정향후 주거상향으로 이어질 수 있도록 돕는다.

한병용 서울시 주택실장은 "지금 가장 중요한 것은 올여름 반지하 침수 피해가 없게끔 시설물 설치와 작동을 한번 더 챙기는 작업일 것"이라며 "침수예방 및 피난시설을 꼼꼼히 점검하는 한편 주거환경이 열악한 반지하 가구에 대한 집수리 사업도 계속 확대해 쾌적하고 안정적인 주거환경을 제공하겠다"고 말했다.
