삼성전자가 서울대와 손잡고 인공지능(AI) 분야 기술·제품 경쟁력 확보와 인재 양성에 나선다.

삼성전자는 17일 서울 관악구 서울대 글로벌공학교육센터에서 서울대와 'AI 공동연구센터' 설립을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.

협약에 따라 삼성전자 디바이스경험(DX)부문과 서울대 공과대학 대학원 협동과정 인공지능 전공은 'AI 공동연구센터'에서 향후 3년간 AI 최신 기술 분야에 대한 산학협력 연구과제를 수행할 예정이다.

연구 과제는 온디바이스 AI,đá bóng trực tiếp멀티모달 AI 등을 위한 세부 기술 확보로 구성된다.

삼성전자는 올해 초 출시된 '갤럭시S24' 시리즈에 서클 투 서치,đá bóng trực tiếp실시간 통역,đá bóng trực tiếp포토 어시스트 등 다양한 AI 기술을 탑재했다.또 비스포크 AI,đá bóng trực tiếpAI TV 출시 등 AI 기술이 적용된 제품 영역을 확대해 나가고 있다.

삼성전자는 서울대와의 산학협력을 통해 빠르게 변화하는 AI 분야에서 핵심 기술을 확보하고 기술·제품 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

삼성전자는 서울대와 함께 석·박사급 연구원을 대상으로 우수 인재 양성 및 확보를 위한 채용 연계 활동도 병행할 계획이다.
