명지대 야구 - 2024년 실시간 업데이트

대법원 양형위원회가 사기 범죄에 대해 최대 무기징역까지 권고할 수 있도록 양형기준을 수정하기로 했습니다.

양형위는 어제(12일) 전체회의를 열고 사기범죄 양형기준 수정안을 심의해 수정안을 마련했다고 밝혔습니다.

일반사기의 경우 사기 금액이 300억 원을 넘으면 권고 형량을 징역 17년까지 높이고,명지대 야구조직적인 사기의 경우 피해 금액 300억 원 이상에 대해 최대 무기징역 선고로 상향했습니다.

감경 요소 중 하나인 공탁금 관련해서는,명지대 야구범죄 피해자의 실질적 회복 여부를 판단할 때 피고인의 의사 등을 신중히 조사하고 판단하도록 정비했습니다.

양형위는 해당 양형 기준안을 내년 3월 최종 의결할 계획입니다.
