HDC현대산업개발이 4월 대구 수성구에서 분양한‘범어 아이파크’도 예비당첨자 계약에서 100% 완판됐다.

울산과 대구는 현재 미분양 무덤 지역으로 불리는 곳이다.그럼에도 두 단지 모두 새 주인을 찾을 수 있었던 배경으로 우수한 입지 여건이 꼽힌다.

울산 남구 신정동과 대구 수성구 범어동 모두 지역의 대치동이라 불릴 정도로 학군이 좋은 지역으로 꼽히고 생활 인프라가 충분히 갖춰진 곳이다.
