제주지법 형사2부(재판장 홍은표 부장판사)는 5일 살인 등 혐의로 구속기소 된 20대 A씨에게 징역 7년을 선고하고 보호관찰 5년 등을 명했다.

다만 "범행을 인정하고 잘못을 뉘우치는 점,유부남과의 사이에서 피해자를 출산해 홀로 양육하던 중 산후우울증과 경제난 등으로 삶을 비관하며 충동적으로 범행한 것으로 보이는 점,일부 사기 피해자에게 편취금을 변제한 점 등을 참작했다"고 밝혔다.

다만 안타깝게도 B군의 시신은 찾지 못했다.A씨가 유기 장소라고 밝힌 곳은 이미 매립돼 사실상 시신을 찾는 것이 불가능한 상황이 됐기 때문이다.
