14일 투자은행(IB) 업계에 따르면 매각 주관사인 UBS는 조만간 이같은 내용을 담은 결과를 통보할 예정이다.최대주주인 사모펀드(PEF) 운용사 소시어스는 컨소시엄을 맺은 인화정공,포커 슬롯 머신 무료 온라인한국투자파트너스,신한투자증권,한국투자증권 등과 함께 향후 약 2~3주간 추가 실사 작업에 나설 계획이다.
에어인천,에어프레미아,이스타항공은 아시아나항공 화물사업부 인수전을 펼쳐왔다.세 항공사는 유럽연합 집행위원회(EC)의 자금 조달,포커 슬롯 머신 무료 온라인사업 이행 계획 등 추가 자료 요구에 대응해왔다.EC 측에서 에어인천이 제시했던 자금 조달 계획이 가장 현실성 있다는 판단을 내린 것으로 알려졌다.
에어인천 컨소시엄엔 최대주주 소시어스PE와 한국투자파트너스 PE본부가 재무적 투자자(FI)로,인화정공이 전략적 투자자(SI)로 함께하고 있다.한국투자증권과 신한투자증권도 인수단으로 합류했다.에어인천의 컨소시엄은 본입찰에서 약 4500억원을 제시한 것으로 전해진다.
