EuHZV는 지난 4월 식품의약품안전처에서 1상 시험계획을 승인받은 바 있다.이달 초 임상시험 실시기관인 가톨릭대학교 은평성모병원에서 개시 모임에 이어 이날 첫 투여를 하게 됐다.

임상 참가자는 만 50~69세 건강한 성인으로,달랏 카지노8주 간격으로 2회 접종하게 된다.저용량(HZV-1)과 고용량(HZV-2) 백신의 안전성과 내약성을 평가하게 된다.
