[이데일리 박순엽 기자] 한국예탁결제원은 다음 달 이트론(096040)·에스디생명공학(217480) 등 상장사 55개사의 주식 5억8만주가 의무 보유 등록에서 해제된다고 28일 밝혔다.

오는 7월 유가증권시장 내 의무 보유 등록 해제 내역 (표=한국예탁결제원) 의무 보유 등록은 관계 법령에 따라 일반 투자자 보호를 위해 최대 주주 등이 소유한 주식을 일정 기간 처분이 제한되도록 한국예탁결제원에 전자 등록하는 제도다.

시장별로 유가증권시장(코스피)에선 6개사 2184만주,코스닥 시장에선 49개사 4억7824만주가 의무 보유 등록에서 해제된다.

의무 보유 등록 해제 주식 수 상위 3개사는 이트론(2억주),에스디생명공학(8000만주),fc 서울 대 수원씨엑스아이(900120)헬스케어테크놀리지그룹리미티드(3186만주)다.

또 총 발행 주식 수 대비 해제 주식 수 상위 3개사는 에스디생명공학(72.90%),fc 서울 대 수원미래반도체(254490)(68.12%),우진엔텍(457550)(65.33%) 순이었다.

예탁원 관계자는 “모집(전매제한)이 의무 보유 등록 사유 중 가장 큰 비중을 차지했다”고 설명했다.
