9월 대구간송미술관 개관 앞두고 이동…1938년 간송미술관 개관 이래 최대 규모

(서울=연합뉴스) 황희경 기자 = 오는 9월 대구간송미술관 개관전에서 소개될 국보와 보물 등 약 100점의 문화유산이 서울에서 대구로 이송됐다.

3일 간송미술문화재단에 따르면 국보인 훈민정음 해례본과 청자상감운학문매병을 비롯해 보물인 신윤복의 '미인도' 등 98점의 문화유산이 전날 소장처인 서울 성북구 간송미술관에서 대구 수성구 대구간송미술관으로 이송됐다.

이번 이송은 1938년 간송미술관이 설립된 이래 최대 규모다.특히 국보와 보물을 포함한 문화유산이 대규모로 이동하는 만큼 경찰의 호송 협조를 받아 극비리에 진행됐다고 간송미술관 측은 전했다.

이송된 문화유산은 대구간송미술관에서 보존 처리 등을 거친 뒤 9월 대구간송미술관 개관전에서 공개될 예정이다.

전인건 간송미술관 관장은 "이번 문화유산 이송은 (간송미술관에서) 한국전쟁 이후 가장 큰 규모"라고 말했다.

전 관장은 "특히 훈민정음 해례본은 그동안 간송미술관 외부에서는 국립중앙박물관과 국립한글박물관에서만 전시됐다"며 "이번 대구행은 1940년 안동에서 나온 해례본이 옛집을 방문하는 데 특별한 의미가 있다"고 설명했다.

간송미술관은 간송 전형필(1906∼1962)이 1938년 세운 우리나라 최초의 근대 사립미술관 '보화각'에서 출발한 미술관이다.간송이 일제 강점기에 사재를 쏟아부어 지켜낸 문화유산을 1만여점 소장하고 있다.

올해 4월 준공된 대구간송미술관은 연면적 8천3㎡에 지하 1층∼지상 3층 규모로,바카라 교수6개 전시 공간을 갖추고 있다.9월초 열리는 개관전 '간송 국보·보물'전(가칭)에서 이번에 이송된 문화유산을 선보일 예정이다.
