이날 협의회는 개정된 '보험사기방지 특별법'의 관련 제도와 시스템 준비 현황도 점검했다.특별법의 주요 개정사항은 ▲보험사기 알선·유인 행위 등 금지,▲금융당국의 보험사기 조사를 위한 자료제공 요청권,▲건강보험심사평가원의 입원적정성 심사처리기준 마련,▲자동차보험사기 피해자구제 등이다.
