한국도시부동산학회와 전문가 토론회 공동개최서울연구원과 한국도시부동산학회가 오는 4일 서울 도시기본계획 모니터링 방향을 논의하는‘2024 서울연구원 도시공간연구실 전문가 토론회’를 공동 개최한다.

이날 서울연구원 대회의실에서 열리는 토론회에서는 맹다미 서울연구원 도시공간연구실장이 2023년 서울 도시기본계획 모니터링 결과를 발표한다.주목할 만한 키워드로 ▲인구 자연 감소(데드크로스) ▲주택보급률 감소 ▲주택 유형의 획일화 ▲건축물 노후화 심화 ▲산업구조 고도화 ▲광역화 ▲중심지 다핵화 등 9가지를 제시한다.

맹 연구실장은 2023년 진행한 도시기본계획 모니터링 결과를 토대로 서울의 변화를 진단한 주요 결과와 2023년 1월 확정된 2040 서울도시기본계획에 대한 향후 성과 및 추진과정에 대한 진단 방향을 소개할 예정이다.

도시기본계획 모니터링은 서울의 인구,야구 유니폼 제작주택,산업·경제,야구 유니폼 제작토지이용·도시정비,교통,야구 유니폼 제작안전·환경 등의 현황과 변화 양상을 정기적으로 파악하고 도시기본계획 수립 시 반영하기 위한 목적으로 시행되고 있다.서울시는 2015년 전국 최초로 도시기본계획 모니터링 체계를 구축하고,같은 해 10월 서울시 도시계획조례를 개정해 매년 도시기본계획의 실현과정을 모니터링할 수 있는 제도적 기반을 마련했다.2015년부터 지금까지 총 8차례 진행됐다.

종합토론에는 남진 한국도시부동산학회장(서울시립대학교 교수·좌장)과 김인희 서울연구원 선임연구위원,김지엽 성균관대학교 교수,양병현 서울시 도시계획과장,이재수 강원대학교 교수,임은선 국토연구원 선임연구위원 등 학계 전문가와 실무 담당자가 참여한다.

오균 서울연구원장은 “서울연구원에서 추진한 서울 도시기본계획 모니터링 결과를 토대로 2040 서울도시기본계획의 실행력이 좀 더 높아질 수 있는 계기가 되기를 바란다”라고 전했다.
