"시스템 복구 작업 중…내일까지 정산 완료 예정"

(서울=연합뉴스) 전성훈 기자 = 싱가포르 기반의 전자상거래 기업 큐텐 계열사인 위메프는 판매 대금 정산시스템에 오류가 발생해 일부 입점 셀러(판매자)들에 대한 정산이 지연됐다고 11일 밝혔다.

위메프 관계자는 "정산시스템 문제로 원래 정산일인 7일 일부 셀러들에게 판매대금이 제때 지급되지 못했다"며 "시스템 복구 작업을 진행해 정산이 전날(10일) 일부 재개됐고 내일(12일)까지 모든 대금 정산을 완료할 계획"이라고 말했다.

그는 "관련 사안을 셀러들에게 모두 공지했으며,아시안게임 야구 중계추가 피해가 없도록 밀접하게 소통하고 있다"고 덧붙였다.

정산이 지연된 셀러 규모는 수백명대인 것으로 알려졌다.큐텐과 티몬,아시안게임 야구 중계위메프에는 수만명의 셀러가 입점해 판매 활동을 하고 있다.

전날부터 일부 온라인 커뮤니티에서는 위메프 셀러를 중심으로 플랫폼 측으로부터 판매 대금을 받지 못했다는 글들이 올라왔다.

이날 현재 해당 커뮤니티에는 위메프 측에서 정산받았다는 일부 셀러의 글도 있어 일단 부분적으로나마 정산 절차는 재개된 것으로 보인다.

티몬의 경우 현재 큰 문제 없이 정산이 이뤄지고 있다고 회사 측은 설명했다.
