사설 교육업체들이 대학병원에서 운동 강사 등 비의료인을 상대로 기증받은 해부용 시신으로 해부학 강의를 했다고 연속 보도해드렸습니다.결국 보건복지부가 나섰습니다.전국 의대에 영리 목적의 시신해부 교육을 당장 중단하라고 했고 전수조사도 하겠다고 했습니다.

운동 강사들을 교육하는 사설 업체 사이트입니다.

방부처리를 하지 않은 해부용 시신을 뜻하는 프레시 카데바로 해부수업을 가톨릭대 의대에서 진행한다고 홍보합니다.

연세대 의대에서도 비슷한 수업이 있었던 사실이 JTBC 보도로 드러났습니다.

두 곳 모두 현직 의사가 아닌 박사과정이나 박사후 과정에 있는 사람이 강의를 했습니다.

현재 관련법에는 해부학 교수 등만이 수업을 하도록 규정돼 있습니다.

불법이 될 수 있는 겁니다.

다만 업체들은 참관에 대한 규정이 따로 없다는 걸 들어 "참관수업은 법적으로 문제가 없다"고 주장해왔습니다.

결국 보건복지부가 나섰습니다.

복지부는 전국 63개 의대에 영리목적의 해부 참관 교육을 중단하라"고 요구했습니다.

기증자와 유족의 의사를 고려했을 때 부적절하다고 본 겁니다.

지난 3년간 진행된 수업자료를 받아 전수조사도 하기로 했습니다.

미자격 강사가 해부 수업을 진행한 연세대 의대에 대해선 오늘(17일) 질병관리청과 함께 현장조사에 나섰습니다.

복지부는 조사결과를 바탕으로 관련 법도 개정하겠다고 밝혔습니다.
