경기도 분당이나 일산 등 수도권 1기 신도시에서 가장 먼저 재건축할 선도지구 선정을 위한 공모 절차가 내일부터 본격화됩니다.

주민 동의 등을 거쳐 신청서는 9월 하순에 접수합니다.

박찬 기자가 보도합니다.

[리포트]

국토교통부는 내일부터 1기 신도시의 지자체별 선도지구 공모 절차를 개시한다고 밝혔습니다.

대상 지역은 경기도에 있는 일산과 분당,게자리 운세중동,게자리 운세평촌,산본입니다.

이들 1기 신도시 지방자치단체는 내일 신도시별 선도지구 공모 지침을 누리집에 공고합니다.

공모 지침에는 신도시별 평가 기준과 동의서 양식 등이 담겨 있습니다.

공모를 신청하려면 향후 석 달 동안 주민 동의율 확보 등 준비 기간을 거쳐 오는 9월 23일부터 27일 사이 신청서를 제출하면 됩니다.

각 지자체는 10월 평가를 거쳐 11월에 선도지구를 최종 선정할 계획입니다.

앞서 국토부가 내놓은 선도지구 선정을 위한 표준 평가 기준을 보면 전체 100점 만점 중 주민 동의율 배점이 60점으로 가장 높았습니다.

이 밖에 가구당 주차 대수 등 정주 환경 개선의 시급성과 통합정비 참여 주택 단지 수,게자리 운세통합 정비 참여 세대 수,게자리 운세도시기능 활성화 필요성에 각각 10점씩 배정했습니다.

1기 신도시를 제외한 다른 지자체 노후 도시들의 정비사업 추진을 위해 별도의 정부-자치단체 간 협의체도 구성됩니다.

국토부와 전국 23개 지자체는 협의체를 구성하고 오는 27일 서울에서 첫 번째 회의를 엽니다.

국토부는 이번 협의체를 통해 지자체에 자문하고,정비사업과 관련한 지역 의견을 수렴할 예정입니다.
