박세리 희망재단 홈페이지에 공지문 하나가 떠 있습니다.

"최근 박세리 전 골프 국가대표 감독 이름을 무단으로 사용해 진행되는 광고가 있다"며 "박 감독은 국제골프스쿨과 국제학교 유치 및 설립 계획이 전혀 없다"는 내용입니다.

재단이 이런 공지를 띄운 이유는 국제골프학교 설립과 관련해 재단 명의가 도용됐기 때문입니다.

지난해 한 기관은 박세리재단 명의의 국제골프학교설립 의향서를 제출받고,로또 당첨 수령은행재단측에 '의향서의 진위'를 물었습니다.

재단은 "우리가 낸 의향서가 아니"라고 답변했습니다.

재단 측은 "재단 명의의 문서와 인장이 위조됐다는 사실을 그때서야 처음 인지했다"며 "자체 확인 결과 박씨 부친이 위조한 것으로 파악됐다"고 전했습니다.

"(부친이) 맡은 역할이나 직책 같은 건 아무것도 없습니다.육안으로만 봐도 박세리 희망재단 인감과 전혀 다릅니다."

재단 측은 지난해 9월 박씨 부친을 사문서위조 등의 혐의로 경찰에 고소했습니다.

다만 재단 측은 "박씨 개인이 아니라 재단 이사회를 통해 고소한 것"이라며 "부녀 갈등으로 해석하는 것은 과하다"고 선을 그었습니다.

관련 혐의에 대한 조사를 마친 경찰은 최근 박씨 부친을 기소의견으로 검찰에 송치했습니다.
