BNK경남은행과 경남은행사랑나눔재단이 은행권 최초로 나눔명문기업 인증패를 동시에 받았다.

BNK경남은행은 26일 허종구 상무와 박완수 경남도지사,harrah's casino ac map강기철 경남사회복지공동모금회 회장 등이 참석한 가운데 사회복지법인 경남은행사랑나눔재단이 경남사회복지공동모금회로부터‘나눔명문기업 인증패’를 받았다고 밝혔다.

나눔명문기업은 1억 원 이상을 기부하거나 3년 이내 기부를 약정한 고액 기업 기부 프로그램이다.

BNK경남은행은 지난해 12월 나눔명문기업에 경남 8호로 가입한 데 이어 경남은행사랑나눔재단이 나눔명문기업 경남 23호로 이름을 올렸다.

경남은행사랑나눔재단은 BNK경남은행과 함께 다양한 사회공헌사업을 실시해왔으며 지난 5월 창원시 노동자 공동 세탁소 이전 비용으로 5억 원을 경남사회복지공동모금회에 기부한 바 있다.

BNK경남은행은 해마다 경남사회복지공동모금회가 추진하는 각종 사회공헌사업과 희망나눔 캠페인 등에도 적극 참여해 왔다.

특히 지역 노인과 청소년 등 취약계층을 돕기 위해 상생일자리 카페우리(실버카페) 장비 지원 사업,harrah's casino ac map저소득 청소년 여성용품 지원 사업,행복한 동행 사업,건강장애 및 요보호 학생 원격수업 교재 지원을 통한 학습지원 사업 등을 지원했다.

BNK경남은행은 지난 3월 지역 사회를 위한 따뜻한 나눔실천은 물론 사회공헌문화 확산에 기여한 공로로‘경남도 사회공헌자 인증서’를 받은 바 있다.

허종구 BNK경남은행 상무는 "BNK경남은행과 경남은행사랑나눔재단이 은행권 최초로 나눔명문기업 인증패를 동시에 받게 된 것은 지역 사회를 위해 더욱 열심히 뛰어 달라는 지역민들의 뜻이라고 생각한다"며 "BNK경남은행은 지역 사회의 든든한 동반자로서 행복과 희망이라는 가치를 전하기 위해 다양한 사회공헌사업을 적극으로 펼치겠다"고 말했다.
