경영권을 둘러싸고 2017년부터‘남매 갈등’을 겪고 있는 글로벌 푸드케어&케이터링 업체 아워홈이 신규 대표이사를 선임했다.

18일 아워홈은 이사회를 열고 아워홈 창업자인 고 구자학 회장의 장녀 미현 씨를 대표이사 회장으로 선임했다고 밝혔다.구 대표의 남편인 이영렬 사내이사는 부회장에 올랐으며 경영총괄사장으론 구자학 회장 비서실장과 경영지원본부장을 지낸 이영표 씨가 선임됐다.

구 대표가 아워홈 경영에 참여하는 것은 이번이 처음이다.구 대표는 오빠인 구본성 전 부회장과 손잡고 지난달 31일 열린 임시 주주총회에서 막냇동생인 구지은 전 아워홈 대표를 밀어내고 경영권을 손에 넣었다.아워홈 이사는 구 대표 부부와 구본성 전 부회장의 장남 구재모 씨 등 세 명이다.구 대표는 회사 매각을 위해 구본성 전 부회장과 손을 잡은 것으로 알려졌다.
