이른바 '유럽간첩단'으로 몰려 징역형을 선고받았던 80대가 재심을 통해 55년 만에 무죄를 확정받았습니다.

대법원은 1966년 유럽간첩단 사건에 연루돼 영국 유학 중 북한 공작원을 접선한 혐의 등으로 유죄가 확정됐던 80대 김 모 씨의 재심에서 무죄를 확정했습니다.

앞서 김 씨는 1심에서 징역 7년을 선고받고 대법원에서 유죄가 확정됐는데,뉴캐슬 유나이티드 fc 대 파리 생제르맹 fc 라인업이후 재심은 당시 불법구금 등 가혹행위에 못 이겨 진술했음을 인정하며 무죄를 선고했고 대법원도 이 판결이 잘못이 없다며 검찰 상고를 기각했습니다.

당시 함께 기소됐다 사형이 집행된 박노수 교수도 유족 청구로 이후 재심에서 무죄를 선고받았습니다.
