서울 아파트가격 상승폭이 확대되고 있다.부동산 시장 회복세에 대한 기대감이 반영되는 분위기다.

4일 한국부동산원이 7월 첫째주(1일 기준) 전국 주간아파트가격 동향을 조사한 결과 매매가격이 0.03% 올라 전주(0.01%) 대비 상승폭이 커졌다.수도권(0.10%) 및 서울(0.20%)은 상승폭 확대,지방(-0.04%)은 하락폭이 축소됐다.

서울은 인기지역을 중심으로 위주로 상승률이 높았다.옥수·행당동 대단지 위주로 오른 성동구(0.59%) 상승 폭이 가장 컸다.용산구(0.35%)는 도원·이촌동,마포구(0.33%)는 신공덕·염리동,서초구(0.31%)는 반포·잠원동 대단지,송파구(0.27%)는 잠실·문정동 주요단지,프로야구 2차 드래프트 결과서대문구(0.26%)는 남가좌·북아현동,영등포구(0.23%)는 여의도·대림동,은평구(0.21%)는 불광·진관동 중소형 중심으로 상승했다.

부동산원 관계자는 "가격상승 기대감에 매수심리가 회복되며 선호단지 뿐 아니라 인근 단지에서도 상승거래가 발생하고 매도희망가격이 지속적으로 상승하고 있다"고 설명했다.

경기에서는 1기신도시 등 재건축 호재가 있는 지역들의 상승세가 뚜렷하다.과천시(0.44%)가 부림·별양동,프로야구 2차 드래프트 결과성남 분당구(0.32%)는 서현·수내동 주요단지,프로야구 2차 드래프트 결과부천 원미구(0.16%)는 중·상동 중소형 규모,군포시(0.13%)는 산본·금정동 위주로 오름세를 나타냈다.

서울 전셋값도 상승폭이 확대됐다.성동구(0.54%)는 옥수·하왕십리동 주요단지,중구(0.33%)는 신당·황학동 대단지,은평구(0.31%)는 응암·불광동 중소형,영등포구(0.30%)는 당산동4가·신길동 주요단지,프로야구 2차 드래프트 결과용산구(0.27%)는 이촌·도원동,양천구(0.27%)는 신정·목동 중소형의 오름폭이 컸다.
