박상우 국토교통부 장관은 최근 논란이 된 성심당 임대료와 관련해 "너무 비싸게 받는 것 아닌가"라고 지적했다.

박 장관은 지난 17일 대전 도심융합특구를 찾아 이같이 말했다.

앞서 대전역에 추가 점포를 낸 대전 대표 빵집 성심당은 입점 임대료 문제를 두고 코레일유통과 갈등에 휩싸였다.

성심당은 지난 2012년 11월 대전역에 추가 점포를 내고,원랜디 도박2016년부터 코레일 측에 고정 임대료를 납부하는 방식으로 임대 계약을 체결해 왔다.

이후 감사원 지적으로 2021년 4월 수수료율 계약으로 전환,원랜디 도박매월 매출액의 5%인 1억 원을 지급했다.

하지만 코레일 측은 최근 대전역사 2층 맞이방 매장 새 사업자를 선정하는 과정에서 성심당 측에 월평균 매출액의 17%인 4억 4100만 원의 임대료를 제시하면서 성심당과의 의견차를 좁히지 못하고 있다.

경쟁입찰에서 해당 매장이 유찰을 계속하면서 월 임대료는 계속 내려가고 있지만,원랜디 도박여전히 월 임대료가 3억 원 이상이라 입찰에 참여하는 업체는 전무한 상황이다.

한편 성심당의 기존 계약을 올 4월까지지만,원랜디 도박오는 10월까지 연장한 것으로 알려졌다.
