[서울=뉴시스] 구무서 기자 = 보건복지부는 지난 2019년부터 시범사업으로 운영해온 재가 의료급여 사업을 7월부터 본사업으로 전환해 전국 229개 지역으로 확대한다고 30일 밝혔다.

재가 의료급여 사업은 장기간 입원 후 퇴원하는 의료급여 수급자에게 의료·돌봄·식사 등 필요한 서비스를 제공해 원활한 지역사회 정착을 지원하는 사업이다.

지원 대상자는 1개월 이상 장기입원 중이지만 의료적 필요가 낮아 퇴원 가능한 의료급여 수급자로,퍼스 글로리 대 맥아서 fc필요도 조사를 통해 돌봄계획을 수립해 의료·돌봄·식사·이동 지원의 필수 서비스와 주거 환경 개선·복지용품 및 냉난방 용품 제공 등의 선택 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다.

시범사업을 통해 누적 2300여 명의 수급자를 지원·관리했으며 현재도 922명을 관리 중이다.지원 대상자 역시 80% 이상이 서비스에 만족감을 표시하는 등 사업 효과를 확인했다.

이번 본사업 전환 시 사업 대상자를 입·퇴원 반복 환자까지 확대하고,퍼스 글로리 대 맥아서 fc1인당 서비스 지원금액의 한도를 20% 수준 인상하는 등 제도 개선을 추진한다.

복지부는 재가 의료급여 사업의 7월 본사업 전환에 따라 사업의 원활한 지역사회 정착을 위해,퍼스 글로리 대 맥아서 fc제도 자문·상담을 위한 슈퍼바이저를 선발· 운영하고 지역별로 사업설명회를 진행했다.

아울러 신규 사업 지역에 대한 모니터링과 운영지원을 지속하는 한편,퍼스 글로리 대 맥아서 fc연구사업을 통해 지역적 특성에 따른 모델 다변화,퍼스 글로리 대 맥아서 fc지역별 성과평가 체계 보완 등 사업 내실화를 추진할 계획이다.

정충현 복지부 복지정책관은 "의료급여 수급자 중 주거·돌봄 문제 등 현실적 어려움이 있는 분들이 많아 이분들이 지역사회 내에서 양질의 서비스를 통해 잘 정착하실 수 있도록 적극 돕겠다"고 말했다．
