앞서 정부는 전공의 집단사직을 조장해 업무방해를 교사했다는 혐의로 지난 3월 김 전 비대위원장과 박명하 의협 전 비대위 조직강화위원장에게 4월 15일부터 3개월간 의사 면허 정지 처분을 내렸다.
