국토부,단국대 야구노후 계획도시 정비 기본방침 공개 2024.8.14
정부가 1기 신도시 재건축 과정에서 지역 내 영구임대주택 재건축을 함께 진행해 이주주택으로 활용하는 방안을 내놨습니다.

국토교통부는 오늘(14일) 이주주택 공급을 위해 신규 유휴부지 개발과 영구임대 재건축,단국대 야구이주금융 지원 방안 등을 담은 '1기 신도시 등 노후계획도시정비기본방침'을 공개했습니다.

정부 계획대로 사업이 추진되면 올해 11월 선도지구 최대 3만 9천 가구 선정을 시작으로 오는 2027년부터 10년 동안 해마다 2만∼3만 가구의 이주 수요가 생겨 이주대책이 주요 변수로 꼽혀왔습니다.

이에 따라 국토부는 공공택지를 활용한 이주주택 단지 건설 외에 1기 신도시 내 영구임대주택을 고밀도 재건축해 이주주택으로 활용한다는 계획입니다.

국토부는 1기 신도시 내 영구임대주택은 13단지 1만 4천 가구 규모로 도심에 위치해 입지가 우수하고,단국대 야구밀도가 낮아 신규 주택 공급에 유리하다고 밝혔습니다.

하지만 영구임대 원주민을 다른 지역으로 이주시키는 것에 대해 당사자들과 사회적 반발에 부딪힐 가능성도 제기됩니다.

국토부는 사업단계별 맞춤형 보증상품을 만들고,단국대 야구이주지원 리츠를 통해 이주비와 이주공간 대여를 등도 지원하기로 했습니다.

국토부는 노후계획도시정비특별위원회의 심의를 거쳐 10∼11월 중 기본방침을 확정할 예정입니다.
