이에 따라 5월 전체 주택 거래량은 5만7천436건으로 전월보다 1.3% 감소한 것으로 나타났습니다.주택 거래량은 지난해 12월부터 증가세를 이어가다 6개월 만에 다시 꺾였습니다.

한편 지난달 전국 미분양 주택은 7만2천129가구로 집계됐습니다.4월보다 0.2%(132가구) 늘며 6개월 연속 증가세입니다.

지방 미분양 물량이 5만7천368가구로 한 달 새 26가구,수도권 미분양은 1만4천761가구로 106가구 증가했습니다.

'악성 미분양'으로 불리는 준공 후 미분양 주택은 지난달 1만3천230가구로,전월보다 2.0%(262가구) 늘었습니다.10개월 연속 증가세입니다.

악성 미분양 주택 규모는 2020년 11월(1만4천60가구) 이후 3년 6개월 만에 가장 큽니다.
