14일 SK하이닉스 반기보고서에 따르면 박정호 부회장은 올 상반기에 보수 총액이 24억3500만원이다.이 중 급여는 11억5000만원,와이즈토토 홈상여금은 12억700만원,기타 근로소득은 7800만원이다.

SK하이닉스는 박 부회장의 보수 지급과 관련 "기술적 우위를 바탕으로 글로벌 AI 메모리 기술 및 시장 경쟁력 확보로 기업가치를 2배 높인 점을 감안했다"고 전했다.

같은 기간 최태원 SK그룹 회장은 SK하이닉스에서 급여로 12억5000만원의 보수를 챙겼다.

SK하이닉스 측은 "올해 회장직과 리더십,전문성,와이즈토토 홈회사 기여도 등을 종합적으로 반영해 연봉을 지난해와 동일한 25억원으로 결정하고 12분의1인 약 2억800만원씩을 매달 지급했다"고 밝혔다.

곽노정 SK하이닉스 대표이사 사장도 올 상반기에 급여 7억원,상여금 5억7500만원,기타 근로소득 300만원 등 총 12억7800만원 보수를 받았다.수익성 중심 경영활동으로 다운턴에서 벗어나 1년 만에 흑자전환에 성공한 점이 보수 책정에 반영됐다.

박성욱 경영자문위원은 급여 4억8000만원에 주식매수선택권 행사이익 113억900만원을 포함해 117억8천900만원을 받았다.
